Sad that you didn't have vacations on Christmas time... but like you said it's easier to go back then! Winter is not that bad here for now, a little snow but not much, not too cold, just a day from time to time but great weather until now, I'm sure that we have coldest days and some storms on the way, winter is not over until March/April here!
The hardest part about the end of the vacations is to get up early again... don't sleep much so every hour is appreciated! :)

Thanks for your wishes Anika, it's going well for me too, back to normal on Monday, the holidays are officially over. But I am closer to February 23rd, when I'll go see my favorite band in the world! Can't wait!

To answer your message, yes winter is long enough, most of the time it begins at November and finishes around April. Sometimes April is very cold, sometimes it's not, it depends!
I totally forgot to tell you that I'm going to see SP again on February 23rd for the rock show this time, can't wait! And I really love the special guests, I'm listening to Marianas Trench these days and they're great!
I had the chance (???) to get the poster of SP in the nude version (for advertising Centraide), won't show it off in my bedroom :) but still it's a good piece of collection! And it's not bad to look at too! :)
Yes the guys were looking great at the show with the orchestra, it was funny cause they were like shy at the begining and even us, the fans, we didn't know exactly what to do, dance? stay put? shout? stay calm? Finally the fans couldn't stop themselves to have fun and it was ok, they even jumped like in the rock shows!!! I love when they do that!
I didn't meet them. I wasn't able to go sooner to see them in the lobby and to meet them after the show I had to buy tickets much more expensive so I didn't go either. But just seeing them so close was the most wonderful gift for me, I know it's crazy (especially at my age!!!) but I was very emotional, I really love those guys. I'll remember this night for a long time, felt so close to them...

Hi! Anika! Long time no see! I hope you're doing well, still listening to GYHO?
Everything is fine here, autumn is really kicking in, frozen mornings and nights, but we still have beautiful days this week, not too cold, I'm taking all of it cause soon... winter and snow will be there for a couple of months.
I went to see SP on September 20th with the symphonical orchestra, it was a great show and for the first time I saw them just in front of me, I was sitting first row, Sebastian even smiled at me. The music was good but since I had Chuck just besides me it was difficult to hear the orchestra, I hope the CD will come out so I can hear the parts that I missed. It supposed to be on TV in December also, can't wait to see it again! And I hope I didn't make a fool of myself on TV, I was so happy and emotional (I don't think I did anything stupid, it's just bizarre to see myself on televison, kind of awkward !).
I'm going now, take care and have a good month of November!

gibt es diese "Soundcheck Partys" eigentlich bei jedem Konzert? und wenn ja, bis mein Packet vom Fanclub kommt dauert es ja mindestens 6 Wochen, das Konzert in Stuttgart ist ja schon in zwei, meinst du ich würde auch so zu der Soundcheck Party kommen? :s
vielleicht sieht man sich ja beim Konzert, schönen Sonntagabend noch :-)
Hi ! Anika ! Sorry for the delay, I am in vacation too and I was a little busy going everywhere! It ends this Sunday, then everything is back to normal, work for the adults and school for the kids!
I was a little surprised too when I saw all the little names around the poster, I did expect something a little more personal but like you said it's ok, I understand that they don't always have the time to do such things.
I'm still listening to GYHO, still think it's so good and I can't wait for the next one! OK, I'm a little too demanding!
I'm so happy to know that Pierre's voice is back again, I missed listening to his vlogs and I think it's sad for all the people that missed the shows. Are you going to see them again soon?
The weather is so good and beautiful out here, sunny, hot, a little colder sometimes the way I love it... August is very often the most beautiful month of the summer, with a little of September, so much that a lot of people are taking their vacations on this month now. A couple of years ago it was July that was the most popular month for that !
I have to go, it midnight here and I have some things to do before bedtime so I wish you wonderful vacations, a lot of fun, sun, and plenty of SP songs! Bye!

- die Seite, wo man sich anmelden kann ist keine "gesicherte Seite"...deswegen grübel ich en bissel, ob ich da einfach meine Kreditkartennummer angeben will^^ hattest du iwelche Probleme?
- wann wird der Betrag von 17 (25$) immer abgebucht?
- wie "schnell" ist man dann offiziell Mitglied der SP Crew? / lohnt es sich überhaupt sich anzumelden^^
- die Anmeldung is ja nur für ein Jahr...wird die automatisch verlängert, wenn man sich net meldet oder muss man die aktiv verlängern? bzw wie isses beim Kündigen? wie bei allem ca 6 Wochen vorher?

Hi! Anika! Great to hear from you but sorry for your cold! We were sick here too, all the family caught a virus, fever, headache, shiver, big fatigue, two wonderful weeks! But I've been good anyway, the weather here is great, hot, sunny... maybe a little TOO hot but I can't complain, we are not in winter and that's ok for me! I'm sorry for the rain that keeps falling to your city, hope it will end very soon!
So, do you like your ultimate fan bundle? Would have liked another picture for the poster but that's ok, it's funny.
Nothing very important happened here, it's summer, I try to take advantage of it ! Have to go to bed, talk to you soon!

Well the thing here is that flying anywhere in the country is SO expensive! it costs me less to go anywhere in the US than to go from here to Montreal. And it doesn't make sense to fly from here to Calgary when it's only 4 hours to drive haha so yeah, mostly driving. Greyhounds and trains are major in most of the main cities here.
I've never been to Europe, but it's one of my dreams! I want to try and visit as many European countries as possible :)
That's really cool, you're so lucky! And yes, I agree, it is definitely one of the best feelings ever.
I saw them for the first time in 2005, and have been going to every one I possibly can. Every time they come around now, I'm going to buy tickets to both the Edmonton and Calgary shows (I live in Edmonton, and Calgary is only 4 hours away). If I can, maybe see a Vancouver show as well (a main city in the province right beside us).
Ever been to Canada? :)

jaaaa hat geklappt *freu* kommst du auch? dann sieht man sich ja wahrscheinlich, 50 Leute sind ja noch ne einigermaßen überschaubare Menge^^ wär doch cool :-)
