Im Jo Yee- in case it wasn't obvious enough =P but my screen name's jo_yee on the SPCrew forums.
Just gotta say 3rd yr SPCrew pack? I've worn my dogtag everyday.
What else is there... I'm from Auckland, New Zealand.
I'm currently a Uni student and have been in love with Simple Plan, mainly for their lyrics.
They write songs that are relate-able to. I'm thankful for that. They are the one band I can listen to on repeat and never get sick of the songs.
PLUS: I'd have to say- they pretty much shaped the music that I choose to listen to nowadays, and made me appreciate the vast amount of talent that comes out of Canada.
Personally, although I've never met them in person, based on SPCrew stories I love that Simple Plan truly care about and for their fans. By the way they communicate, keep in touch, update us and just showing us who they are.
I appreciate them for that, hope you guys do the same too.

none... sadly. so. so. so sadly. The last time they came was about 6 years ago. (that's right, I'm counting ;P ) But I was too young. And that was that... I've had A Big Package For You and MTV Hard Rock Live though... but it's just not the same =P

Perfect, Take My Hand, Welcome To My Life, No Love, You Don't Mean Anything, Loser of the Year, Summer Paradise on repeat (even though it is currently winter in NZ)

i don't think the self titled album was an excuse...not at all
what i ment was : the style of that album was kind of an excursion..something pretty different compared to the old albums
in addition to this i really liked it and i still listen to it. Nevertheless i'm glad they are going back to basics.
