well for the tour this year i think it's Shut Up and usually all their concerts end with the song Perfect :)

Same as Mel_Addicted : I saw them three times, and they always started with Shut up. Can't keep my hands off you is often the second or third song :)

Everytime I've seen Simple Plan, they started with Shut Up! : )

Pretty sure it's Shut Up... That's what it was at the last concert I went to anyways :)
