    I'm ) shocked that Simple Plan would partner with a sponsor that would restrict Québec residents to enter their contest @ http://www.rockwithwonka.ca/rules.html.Can I suggest choosing better partners next time?
    For everyone else that live in Canada and aren't considered unwelcomed (which means anywhere but in QC), good luck entering the contest!

I kinda found that odd too, since you know...they're from Quebec too. Maybe its to balance all the concerts you guys get more than any other place in the world?
