For myself it is, Welcome To My Life, Perfect World, Crazy, Untitled, Save You, and Just Around The Corner that the lyrics relate to my experiences. But Meet You There, Everytime, and Your Love Is A Lie I have a connection to through the musical aspect.

Welcome to My Life, Crazy, Perfect -although for me, it's directed towards my sister- and This Song Saved My Life are the base songs. I love how Simple Plan create songs that people can really relate to in times of need.

Perfect and Welcome to My Life. Perfect because after being told by the Paternal Unit that I'm never gonna be anything like my 3 older brothers, I'm a mistake, I'm not good enough to be his child, getting verbally and physically abused by him... the song just fit. The same year all of this had happened from "my dad", I had also been sexually harassed by a teacher at my high school and all of my best friends just dumped me as a friend because of the teacher and father incidents. They didn't care that I was having problems and needed a friend. They only cared about me helping them with their issues. So I pretty much was being kicked while I was already down. Simple Plan writes songs that I believe EVERYBODY can relate to. Shows you how real of a band they truly are.

I cannot choose only one of their songs. I feel the same huge connection to all of them. Simple Plan realy do have a song for everything and everyone.
I'd say Welcome to My Life and Gone Too Soon
Welcome to my life i first heard in the summer of 2006 right around the time i was having a really rough patch in life and almost had a nervous breakdown. I heard that song and felt like i could have written it myself.
Gone too soon because My father passed away on november 18th, 2010, the day SP finsihed the album. I heard the song for the first time on father's day and again felt like it was a song i could have written myself. There are others that have a pretty deep meaning to me as well, but those 2 are probably the biggest.
For me it would be Save You 'cause my BF died of cancer, and for my life it would be Welcome To My Life, Jump, Grow Up, Generation, Last One Standing, and Perfect. And lately i've been listening to Astronaut because no one ever talks to me anymore, and i've kinda been feeling lonely
I'd say I have a great connection with Perfect, because it recaps almost exactly the relationship I have with my father, but I can also relate to songs like Crazy, Grow Up, Generation and Jump.
And Astronaut because sometimes I really feel like I'm alone....

This is going to be a long list.... one of the reasons i like simple plan so much is because there songs always seem to relate to my own life somehow.... i have had a dark time and songs like welcome to my life, perfect, untitled and lot's of other songs of the first two albums got me trough it, because they described how i felt.... save you became very personal to me when my own brother got cancer and thank god beat that.... and at the moment i'm loving the songs jet leg and i can wait forever, because the person i love is living in a different country than me....
Welcome to my Life. Theres a lot people that here their life in that song. When Still Not Getting came out, I was having a really tough time in my life, tried killing myself 3 times, been attacked, family problems, I had to go to a psychologist. BUT dont worry Im a better and stronger person now. :)
But during that time I had to sit in my classes in high school, and listen to other students who thought their lives were horrible because they were grounded, or they couldnt go to a party friday night. And the thoughts that always went though my head were thoughts like "i doubt you could live in my life for one day and survive the way I had to." And so many people would judge me, on the way I act, behave, dress, or look. Without even thinking to ask why I am the way I am.
When I heard that song, and even now I can listen to that song it still holds a deep stop in my heart. It got me through my tough time, actually that whole cd got me through that tough spot. And I love how there are so many Simple Plan songs that you can really relate to. I'm just a Kid, Addicted, God Must Hate Me, Welcome to my Life, Me Against the World, Shut Up, Thank you, Your Love is a Lie, When Im Gone, Grow Up, Crazy, Perfect, You suck at Love. They are amazing song writers. Fans love them, cause their songs hit us all so hard in the heart.
Welcome to My Life....cuz that song is really about my life..first time i heard it..i've got tears on my eyes..but then this song made me feel much stronger at the same time :) cuz i know i'm not the only one who's facing that kind of life...

It depends... all of them have a different meaning to me... but lately Just Around The Corner has been that one song that helps me to keep going and stay positive whenever I feel depressed... I just listen to it on repeat for an hour or 2 and then I'm ready to keep on fighting and idk, that song gives me a lot of strength. I'm seriously in love with it (:
Just Around The Corner ... Even if it's a demo the lyrics are full of hope and the music is stunning ! And Meet You There, Save You and Everytime remind me of my grandfather who passed away last summer and he meant so much to me.. And well, Welcome To My Life and Untitled are perfect. I think Simple Plan is the only band who can write songs which mean something for everyone : they tell stories that everybody has already lived, and they help us to pass through all of these difficult moments which are part of the life.
Welcome To My Life will always hold a special place in my heart, even though i've always heard of Simple Plan, it was when Welcome to My Life came out that i REALLY got into them. I was a teenager, Possibly my Freshmen or Sophomore year of high school, and it just REALLY fit me.
But Save You def has a more personal relation to me. When I was 14 (2004) my dad passed away from lung cancer, so Save You really hits home with me.

probably shut up..... the song is like story of my life cause it describes my attitude!
I used to feel really connected to songs like "I'm just a kid" and "Welcome to my life", well pretty much all the songs were (are still in a way) expressing parts of my life.
But the one that's really summing it all up is "This song saved my life"....hits home like no other.

My uncle passed away last year cuz of cancer
My dad survive from cancer and it tears me apart seeing him. Glad he still alive and getting better each day.
BtW I thought Jeff also got relative who suffered from cancer if Im not mistaken =)
It's save you.. I guess you all know that Pierre's brother had cancer and that he dedicated this song to him. The fact is that my mother, she is the most important person in my life, had cancer about 7 years ago. Yeah, and this is also why I want to have these two words tattooed.
