Week 3 is slowly coming to an end with another scorching hot day… thank god for Air Conditionning. Jeff was tracking some guitar parts and the boys took a breather to get a little bit of sunshine and get a little vlog update… check it out.

It can get a little confusing when you have a bunch of songs to record, with many parts to each. That’s where the progress board comes in handy. The boys are back home and today marked the first day of the studio in Montreal. No more moving around, at least for a couple of weeks, as the guys will be recording pretty much the rest of the album here. Day one is usually a pretty boring one, as you can see in today’s video.

I guess that the days in the studio can get long and the guys get a little bored. That’s when it’s time to take out the laptop and make a little vlog for you watching pleasure.

Only three days in the pre-production process and the guys are litteraly storming through it all, a lot faster than planned. This is a good thing, and the actual recording looks like it’s going to start ahead of schedule! Very nice, but not as nice as hearing it directly from the horse’s mouth. Click play.

Day one went super well yesterday and while the boys accomplished a lot, everyone was tiiiiired once it was all said and done. We had dinner at the hotel last night and everyone was falling asleep… After a good night of sleep, the boys have reconvened this morning and before starting any kind of work, we figured we’d get the camera rolling to say hi… Enjoy!
