Good news for our fellow Canadian friends… The “When I’m Gone” video will be premiering today, Tuesday December 11th, on MuchMusic as well as on MusiquePlus for those of you in Quebec. Here’s the lowdown.

Much will be premiering the clip today at 5pm, on Much On Demand. Not only will they play the video, but they were also there on set when the boys shot it, and they will be play their “On Set” special, at 8pm.

In Quebec, Musique Plus will first air the video at 16.30 during “Ultimate Video Fight” with re-runs at 17pm during “Plus Sur Commande” as well as 19pm during “Cheli’s Show” so you really can’t miss it!

Last night, at 3am, the final touches were put to the “When I’m Gone” video and we’re happy to say that it’s now done! We watched the final version this morning and we can’t wait to share with with you guys. Soooo, Simpleplan.com will be screening the new video for “When I’m Gone” tomorrow, on Tuesday, December 11th at 12pm EST!But if you’re really as web saavy as I know you all are…you may be able to find the video online at some of your favourite video stations …

Well if the guys thought that the first night of the “When I’m Gone” videoshoot was though, night two was grueling. The night was scheduled to start at 7pm and wasn’t gonna end until everything was shot… Of course things went over schedule and when all was said and done, it was past 9am! Again, everything the guys got to see on the playback monitors looked amazing, so everyone was super pumped.

After only a couple hours of sleep, we’re now up and going and on our way to LAX for a really long flight to Europe, where the guys will be for the next couple of weeks to do a bunch of promo and talk about the new record.

We’ll try to cook you up a little video on the flight and maybe even some sneak peeks of the videoshoot. Talk to you from Europe!

The boys are in LA this weekend filming the music video for “When I’m Gone”. Day 1 was yesterday, or night 1 rather as this is a two night shoot- 5pm to 7am last night! It was a little exhausting, but so far everything is looking awesome, so well worth it. At 5pm, no one was too tired, so Sebastien seized the opportunity to vlog about the nights events. Check it out.

Then, a little later in the night, our buddy Perez Hilton dropped by the set to hang out and even got a little cameo in the video. Between shots, Perez filmed a little conversation with the guys and posted it on his YouTube Channel. Well, we were also filming, so here is our version of the Perez conversation.

Night number two starts at 7pm and will be another all nighter so we’ll keep you posted tomorrow, after a little rest.
