The guys are kicking off their Canadian Tour Tonight in St-John’s, Newfoundland and as I type this the guys are onstage playing “Addicted”. We’re all so stoked about this little cross country trek that I figured I’d keep you up-to-the-minute on what’s going down. Here are the guys, hitting the stage at the Mile One Arena. We’re back home, yay!

The Simple Plan foundation, founded in 2005, held it’s first fund raising event today in Montreal, a brunch followed by a private acoustic show. The event was a huge success and was attended by over 600 people, including both the Mayors of Montreal and Quebec City.

Our fellow Canucks! Did you guys watch Canadian Idol tonight? Simple Plan was featured on the show during “Canadian Rock” week as they helped the contestants with their performances.

If you missed it, don’t worry, the guys will be back tomorrow, August 12th as they will be performing live on the show!

Simple Plan will be performing at the newest Montreal Apple Store location at 1321 Ste. Catherine St. W on August 18th! Through the end of August, the store will present a regular concert series called iTunes Live From Montreal, with mostly local artists. The shows will be recorded for live EPs, to be made available for sale through iTunes.

Be sure to be amongst the lucky spectators when the guys rock the house, August 18th, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm

The guys are currently warming up in their dressing room in Bangkok, with less than 30 minutes before show time. What do the guys do 30 minutes before a show you ask? They vlog I answer.

The guys arrived in Germany today and while in Amsterdam, they had time to do a little vlog for you guys to talk about the upcoming Canadian tour, “That 70’s Show” style.

After a reeeeallly tight connection, a marathon sprint and after ALMOST missing their flight, the guys arrived in Madrid this morning. With a few hours before soundcheck, most agreed that a nap was in order, while a few others went for food. Sebastien though, thought that vloging was the most logical thing to do.
